Unfortunately, my husband left a very expensive camera in the car and didn't realize it until we had already left Warsaw for Krakow. We called Lukasz to find out if he could check with the Uber driver, and he not only did he do that, but he retrieved the camera and made arrangements to deliver it to us via a carrier on the fast train to Krakow. If this had happened in the US, we have no doubt that we would never have seen the camera again. We are eternally grateful to him for his over and above the call of duty action and honesty!
We would highly recommend him to anyone who visits Warsaw. He's amazing!
