One of the most beautiful streets in Warsaw that you cannot miss! It`s a part of the prestigous Royal Route. It starts by the Nicolas Copernicus monument and leads to the Old Town and in the opposite direction it connects with Nowy Świat Street. Here you will find lots of important buildings from an historical standpoint and the greatest examples of Warsaw architecture: Presidential Palace – Frederic Chopin`s first concert location, Warsaw University`s main campus, Bristol Hotel – the place where Maria Skłodowska – Curie celebrated her Nobel Prize, Basilica of the Holy Cross – the resting place of the heart of Chopin and St. Ann`s Church – a beautiful temple with a spectacular view from its bell tower. In summer time the street is closed to car traffic so it becomes the city`s most popular promenade.
